With its holistic approach and focus on total transformation of the mind, body, and spirit, Vital Aging for Men is truly one-of-a-kind. In her personal journey to wellness, Marsha quickly realized that simply making changes in one area of life (i.e. diet OR exercise OR lifestyle) can be impactful, but this singularly-focused method of change falls short. Chronic diseases have many causal factors, and it’s difficult, if not impossible, to narrow them down to one dimension of life. ALL of the choices we make impact our longterm health and wellbeing.
Vital Aging for Men integrates resources that touch on ALL 8 dimensions of wellness: Emotional, Environmental, Financial, Intellectual, Occupational, Physical, Social, and Spiritual. Optimal wellness is only possible when life is in balance in these areas, and while this training program doesn’t specifically address areas like “finance,” the work we do together will shine light on the dimensions where your focus and attention will make the most positive impacts on your life.
Coupled with one-on-one coaching that integrates clinical skills designed to elicit your internal motivations for change, the program modules and supplemental materials provide a supportive, effective framework for designing your ideal second half of life. The only thing missing is YOU.
