This isn’t some run-of-the-mill health coaching program. I’m confident when I say, Vital Aging for Men is the only one of its kind. I’ve combined years of professional education and experience, learning and practicing what it takes to live a healthy lifestyle, along with training in Herbalism, Positive Psychology, Appreciative Inquiry, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and health coaching.  I’ve learned valuable information to help others live in optimal health and wellbeing. No other health coach has my experience, my passion, and my drive, coupled with my PURPOSE: to help our greatest men age in more powerful and meaningful ways.

I partner with a restorative medicine doctor to provide unsurpassed support in your wellness journey. This program combines science-based information from the likes of Dr. Sears and others to get your mind and body in tip top shape, as well as the benefits of modern, restorative medicine to help men like you have the prime TIME of their lives.

I’ll share the tips, tools, techniques and practices that have helped me and others find balance in a world gone mad.

Vital aging is within your reach if:
